Terms of Service
1. Overview
SoilTaxPro provides agronomic soil analysis and Residual Fertility Reports designed to help landowners and farmers document soil nutrient levels for tax purposes. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Our Residual Fertility Reports provide professional documentation of fertilizer-equivalent nutrients present in farmland. These reports are intended to support tax deductions under IRS Section 180 and related provisions. Reports are prepared by qualified agronomic professionals.
3. Disclaimer
SoilTaxPro does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. Information on this website is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific tax outcomes. Always consult a qualified CPA or tax advisor before making tax decisions based on our reports.
4. Money-Back Guarantee
If our soil analysis reveals no residual nutrients eligible for deduction, we will refund the full cost of the report. This guarantee applies only to the report cost and does not extend to any tax savings, filing fees, or third-party costs.
5. Limitation of Liability
SoilTaxPro's liability is limited to the cost of the report purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our reports or services.
6. SMS and messaging (Messaging Terms)
SMS-related information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy below. By providing your phone number and opting in to text messaging, you agree to receive customer care, support, and account- or service-related SMS from SoilTaxPro. Message frequency varies with your requests and our communications with you. Message and data rates may apply.
- The program consists of conversational and informational messages to answer questions, provide support, and communicate about your account or services (for example, order or appointment updates when applicable).
- You can cancel SMS at any time by texting STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or other standard opt-out keywords supported by your carrier to the phone number from which you received the message. We will send a one-time SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To receive messages again, use the same sign-up process you used initially.
- If you need help with the messaging program, reply HELP, or contact us at support@SoilTaxPro.com or 1-800-272-1474.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- SoilTaxPro is not responsible for charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery, or for undelivered messages, when caused by your mobile carrier or other service providers outside our control.
- If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
- Further questions about how we collect, use, or protect phone numbers and SMS-related data are answered in our Privacy Policy below.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and phone number when you submit a form on our website or otherwise contact us. We also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics, including pages visited, time on site, and referring sources.
If you opt in to SMS from SoilTaxPro, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent (for example, a checkbox on a form, a written agreement, or another method we describe at the point of opt-in). We collect this information from you directly—not by buying lists or from data brokers for SMS.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your contact information is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, and provide our services. If you have opted in to SMS, we use your mobile number and consent only to send the categories of messages and at the frequency described in SMS and messaging (Messaging Terms) in the Terms of Service above. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
3. Data sharing
- We do not share customer data with third parties for their promotional or marketing purposes.
- Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not shared with anyone for any purpose. If other sections of this policy describe sharing or disclosure, that does not apply to mobile opt-in or SMS consent information.
4. Data Storage
Contact form submissions are stored securely through our CRM system. We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Google Analytics for website analytics and MNTN for advertising measurement. These services may collect anonymized usage data subject to their own privacy policies.
6. SMS and mobile messaging
Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, and related messaging data are used only to operate our own services and communications (for example, replies and notifications through our phone system). We do not share mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not transfer, share, or disclose consumer SMS registration data to external organizations except as required by law. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of user data, including SMS-related data.
For program details, message types, frequency, rates, and how to opt out or get help, see SMS and messaging (Messaging Terms) in the Terms of Service above. For general contact options, see the following section.
7. Contact
For questions about these terms, our privacy practices, or SMS communications, contact us at support@SoilTaxPro.com or call 1-800-272-1474.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update these Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes that affect SMS privacy or messaging terms in a significant way, we will post the updated terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our website or SMS program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where applicable law allows.
